We are happy to accept Paypal payments, however please be advised when you pay by Paypal you are paying Paypal and then paypal pays us. The charges to your account are instant.
If you place your order with us and use a credit card directly with us we will not charge your credit card until the item is ready to ship and payment is due.
Due to this nature we are unable to refund Paypal payments, you may move the payment to a different order if you like but we are unable to process refunds. Paypal reversals will eliminate the ability of the confirmed address for the paypal account to place any further orders with 1 Stop Diecast.
Shipping Charges for items shipped outside the US
Items shipped outside of the US will be charged the delivered price on our web site plus the exact shipping cost of the carrier used for shipping.
International orders are charged the website delivered price PLUS the EXACT USPS Charges for Shipping and Insurance. Customs and Duty Charges are the responsibility of the client. All Customs forms are filled out 100% accurate, WE DO NOT DO "Gift" SHIPMENTS. Our system does not provide tracking numbers for USPS shipments, due to the high volume of International orders we are unable to provide these numbers at the time of delivery. Items RETURNED to us for can be reshipped for the current cost of Shipping the item again, or a refund may be given for the items Minus a 25% restocking fee, the original cost of shipping the item AND any additional charges paid by 1 Stop Diecast from the shipper for the return of the product (Provided the items are in a state that they maybe resold). The USPS does not allow for tracking or insurance claims for International orders until 45 days after the original shipment of goods.
Shipping Charges for items shipped in the US
Nearly all items on our web site feature delivered pricing. This means no additional charges will be added to your order no matter how many shipments we send you. No surprise shipping charges if you pre-order items along with items that are in stock. This feature allows us to get you your collectibles as fast as possible as they become available from the manufacturer.
Items to P.O. Boxes or that require USPS shipping in the US will be assessed a $2.50 per box Service Charge.
Items marked with additional shipping charges on our web site will incur only those shipping charges. We NEVER add a handling charge for US orders.
Due to the Limited Edition and "Hot" periods for collectibles it is possible for an item to become backordered with out notice. We will ship these orders as soon as they become available to us from the manufacturer. As nearly all our items feature a delivered price you will not incur any additional shipping cost for these items.
we understand that things happen in life and there are times when you may need to change your order. Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not already been shipped. A 20% Restocking fee will apply to all orders that have already been charged to your credit card as at this time the product has been Committed to you and unavailable for sale to others. Subscription items will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee for returned shipments after they have left our warehouse due to the discount pricing and will terminate any subscriptions in our system. Allocated Items Such as Pixar Cars, Classics Items will be assessed a 25% Restocking fee due to the extreme allocations from the manufacturer.
Factory Sealed Inner Cases and Master Cases:
In order to guarantee collectors the highest probability on getting a Treasure Hunt or White Lightning car factory sealed cases are shipped with an additional outside "Case Label" from 1 Stop Diecast. Boxes with this seal broken are non-returnable for any reason. If your box arrives with the seal broken, please refuse the shipment and call us. A replacement will be shipped upon the packages return to us by the carrier. Because these boxes are shipped sealed by the manufacture we can not offer any guarantee of contents or assortment.
All orders are shipped on a first to order first to ship basis. Our automated shipping system automatically releases orders in the order they were placed to be shipped. Items of the collectible nature are frequently shipped by the manufacturer in waves when first released. we encourage you to pre-order as early as possible to insure your earliest shipping date. CURRENT or SHIPPING NOW on the website relates to the fact that the manufacturer is currently shipping the product.
Manufacturer Sellout / Cancellations:
On very rare occasions a manufacturer will sell out of a product with out giving us any prior notice, on these occasions we regret that order may not be able to be filled. Product cancelled for production by the manufacturer will result in cancellation of all pre-orders. Any item that requires a MAJOR redesign or adjustment by the manufacturer will result in all pre-orders cancelled and notification in our e-mail update on how to re-order the changed item.
We gladly accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, and Personal Checks on all orders. Personal Check orders are held for 10 days to allow the check to clear our bank. All returned checks incur a $25.00 service charge.
We strongly suggest you pre-order all items. Due to the nature of Limited Editions and availability of "hot" items from the manufacturers pre-orders are your best opportunity to insure you get the products you want at their first release. Release dates and product descriptions are released by the manufacturer prior to manufacturing and are subject to change without notice. Your credit card will NEVER be charged for an item prior to the item being prepared for shipping to you
For all returns please call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping your product back to us so we can help you faster upon our receiving your package. No returns can be accepted without a RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Also please include a copy of your original invoice and a note explaining your return. All returns should be sent insured with a signature required as we can not be responsible for the item until it is received by us.

Damaged or NON Mint Items:
We offer a 14 day return policy in which you may return any damaged item for replacement. Due to the nature of Limited Editions some items may be sold out and are not replaceable, in these instances a credit will be made to your credit card or a refund check will be issued. 1Stop Diecast will refund your return shipping charges.
Product Damaged by Shipper:
We ship all our packages INSURED. Please call before returning any item damaged in shipping so we can contact the shipper and file an immediate claim on your behalf.
Non-Damaged or I Don't Like It:
Sometimes an item is not what you like or it was ordered by mistake. We understand this and will accept these returns within 10 days. These returns will incur a 20% restocking fee plus a $10.95 shipping charge and must be returned at purchasers expense.
